A biblical and historical Baptist principle is that God desires separation of church and state, not separation of God and church or separation of God and state. Study Jerald Finney's writings and/or audio teachings to discover the truth about and how to apply the principle.

  1. Brother Finney, Why are you promoting the prophecy news watch people promoting that fake Bible? Their understanding of prophecy can’t rise higher than the spirit they’re serving and feeding from. And any time you post their articles the ad for their fake Bible comes up & is promoted. It’s like digging the ground from beneath your own feet with regard to the building of the antichrist unity.

    1. Dear Sister Porter,

Thanks for letting me know that PNW promotes a fake Bible. I did not know that, and I did not know that their ad pops up when someone goes to their link. As you know, I am 100% KJB. I receive the PNW e-mail with links to news articles, some of which are very informative. I know that many of their articles are plagiarism because I many times google to check the accuracy out.

I have never ordered any of their books or materials, so I do not know what they teach. I just find the articles they offer informative. I definitely do not recommend them as a reliable source for help with Bible study. I test all “teachings” on the Bible against the Word of God, the KJB.

      Thanks again.

      Brother Finney

  2. God gave Himself for the church (people)not a building.
How can e build a church..perhaps through a home group.
Jesus disciples gathered at home or outside places.
    Remain Blessed.

  3. Hello,

I’m looking for some clarification; is the KJB the one Bible to use? I’m seeing conflicting posts regarding KJB on the other link, is it good or bad, is there a curse against it, are people in a cult, etc?

    Thanks in advance.

  4. I understand the issue of the 501C3 as best I can. I believe God is going to judge those churches that have bowed their knee and not preached the Gospel accurately and spoken up out of fear due to their 501C3 status. I don’t believe that all churches are equal in this? So should every believer leave a church that is a 501C3? Start your own home church? That is a daunting job.

  5. Jerald, is there a place on your site that simply lays out the steps to setting up a Bible Church Trust?

We have a very basic website and we meet in my home. I want to expand and promote the teachings through the website and outreach. We also want to use a building on the property for our growth, or even build a new bigger building specifically for worship.

With the growth, both physical and online, we want to set up a bank account for the Lords money in order to use it for the work. We have a lot of ministry, evangelistic, philanthropy charitable work to do, starting here and all over the world.
Online, we’ll add a “donation” or “support” tab along with a place and way to give, but what documents do we need to do this legally and even get a connected bank account?

    1. Dear Scott,
We have procedures to help churches who wish to organize under Christ alone. Those procedures lay the basic groundwork for understanding what one is doing. Development of those procedures took many years. Understanding all a believer needs to know to do all you wish to do took years of intense study. Sending out steps to take is not appropriate. Action without understanding is not wise. God bless.

  6. Dear Jerald
Do you have a procedure for setting up a First Amendment church outside the United States of America? I am in England.

    1. Contact me at 512-785-8445 or jerald.finney@sbcglobal.net and I will discuss this with you. In a nutshell, I do not believe England has the First Amendment. I am not familiar with British law. A church can organize the Bible way in any nation. However, the laws of a nation may or may not protect freedom of religion, conscience, assembly, speech, and press. God bless.

Churches under Christ Ministry is under the authority of Charity Baptist Tabernacle of Amarillo, Texas. Jerald Finney, a Christian Lawyer and member of Charity Baptist Tabernacle, having received this ministry in the Lord, explains how a church in America can remain under the Lord Jesus Christ and Him only. "As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen" (1 Peter 4:10-11; See also, Ephesians 4::1-16 and 1 Corinthians 12:1-25). "Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it" (Colossians 4:17). "And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church" (Ephesians 1.22; See also, e.g. Colossians 1:18).
