It has become a sad day in America when the state of the Church has become the Church of the State.  The Covid pandemic has served a purpose in separating the true from the false,  in most cases, as far as I’m concerned.

Churches across the land followed the orders of their state by shutting down and obeying what their governors or legislators demanded. These weak entities that they considered their church were proven to be nothing more than a ward of the state.  For fear of losing tax breaks and any other goodies that went along with their 501(c)3 status,  they chose to remain under the yoke of their state.

Whether or not this so-called pandemic was “planned” to oust President Trump remains to be seen. However, what it DID do was expose a whole conglomeration of false prophets, who prophesied that Trump was going to to be re-elected for a 2nd term.  Not that we needed much proof of who these blind leaders of the blind were anyway. It’s almost comical, if it weren’t so serious, to watch them all back-peddle, or move the goal posts as the saying goes, on their failed prophecies. These false teachers and so-called prophets are leading multitudes into a devil’s Hell. And many of them are regular church-goers.

There are also plenty of Christians and “professing” Christians who have put Donald J. Trump on a pedestal. Don’t get me wrong, I voted for him twice, and probably would do so again.  Many who claim to be followers of Christ don’t realize that in the eyes of others, and particularly their pastors, they worship Trump more than they do their Lord. I know a lot of professing Christians who speak of Trump as though he were the 2nd Coming, and go in to public and say nothing about their Saviour Jesus Christ. I’ve witnessed it time after time.

When Moses came down from the mount, he saw the people had fallen into idolatry. How could Aaron think Moses to be so stupid that they threw their gold into the fire and out jumped a golden calf? I hate to say it, but Donald Trump is the golden calf that has captured the awe of Christianity.  Take note, this man has no marks of a saved person, no matter how many Catholic churches he stands in front of holding a Bible. What was his intent that day for doing that?

Donald Trump’s spiritual advisors were heretics and apostates. That was the group he surrounded himself with, led by the apostate and false prophet Paula White. Yes, I am of the opinion that Donald Trump is the golden calf of Christianity. Pastors, pray for your people who have been hornswoggled by this superficial Christianity. Right-wing politicians don’t make everything right. The majority of them are also deceived, and cannot be trusted.
