A state church is a church which is established under man’s law. Churches which incorporate, get charitable trust status, act as unincorporated associations, get federal tax exemption under IRS Code Section 501(c)(3) or Section 508(c)(1)(A) are state or established churches. Such churches, contrary to New Testament Church doctrine, choose to place an authority other than the Lord Jesus Christ over them for many purposes.

The Bible told state church pastors, members, and lawyers how to organize and operate in order to glorify God by remaining under the sole authority of the Lord Jesus Christ. Bible principles prove that church legal entity status (corporate including corporation sole, charitable trust, unincorporated association, 501c3 and 508, etc.) grieves our Lord. This website, along with many ministries, websites, churches broadcasting over the internet, etc. were merely tools established by God to help those who wish to please our Lord – to teach what the Bible says and what to do to organize churches according to Bible principles.

The day of reckoning is quickly approaching.

Those mentioned above have warned the “Christian” community of what was coming for state churches and their members. The author of this website, a follower of Christ first and a lawyer second, joined in the fight, as called by the Lord, and has been showing believers, pastors, and churches, now under the authority of Charity Baptist Tabernacle, for years what churches should do according to the Bible – organize as spiritual entities.

Instead, most pastors, believers, “Christian” lawyers, and “Christian” law associations violated and continue to violate Bible doctrines of church, state, and separation of church and state even as the consequences of state church organization are coming hard and fast. They refuse to study the Bible and do what God would have them do. They continue to seek political and practical solutions. God’s ways are not sufficient for them. They feel that they need the power and assistance of the state and federal governments (who are led by the god of this world-see Satan orchestrates the world system) to help them. In their unlearned attempts to gain power, they have lost power, the power of God.

The answers to your dilemma are in the Bible and fully covered on this website, but few of you will seek God’s answers.

Nonetheless, you cannot say, “God did not give us the answers.”

If God’s people (those who are saved) would only humble themselves, pray, seek the face of God, and turn from their wicked ways, God would heal their churches. David Gibbs, lawyer of the “Christian” Law Association, several years ago stated that, as to the impending onslaught of sodomy and its agenda, “pray about it.” Just praying, when action is called for, is not enough. Gibbs, and many other “Christian” lawyers, continue not only helping churches place themselves under state control through incorporation and 501c3 status, but also helping them to do so. Only a very small remnant will seek to understand and apply the whole counsel of God!!!!!!!

Observation shows that many pastors, “Christian” lawyers, and other professing believers cannot comply with this admonition because they are not saved. The first step for them is salvation. Praise the Lord for what is happening! God’s word is verified by current events. State churches are frantic because they do not know, apply, and practice the principles of the Bible. Hopefully, the remnant will wake up. It is too late for America, but Christ is at the door knocking!

The Supreme Court Ratifies a New Civic Religion That Is Incompatible with Christianity (062615)

Great article that clearly explains the very possible ramifications to the First Amendment (freedoms of religion, press, speech, assembly, and right to petition the government for a redress of grievances) of Obergefell. But state churches, their pastors, members, and attorneys (except for a very small remnant) will not understand that this is another warning (in addition to the Bible and the cries of God’s prophets) to humble themselves, pray, seek the face of God, and turn from their wicked ways. Therefore, God will not heal their churches. The churches, members, lawyers and pastors will bow before their new masters, the nine black robed satanists.

Sidenote: The social gospel, which is not at all similar to God’s Gospel, has not worked. Being nice by not doing things God’s way – not publicly and privately preaching repentence toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ to the lost and then the deeper things of God to those who get saved – has not won the hearts, minds and souls of anyone, including lost government officials, legislators, senators, judges, etc. Being nice that way is not being nice at all, according to God, since one is following Satan’s directives. Being nice while doing things God’s way would have been far more productive. In fact, a church and a believer (or anyone else) cannot be nice God’s way by concealing truth, compromising, practicing lies, and bowing down to civil government, and the results of being nice man’s way are becoming abundantly clear. Had churches and believers been nice God’s way, instead of the CLA way (not to exclude churches, lawyers and others who use the CLA way), they would have had the power of God, would have glorified and pleased God, and may have impacted our society by acting spiritually, not fleshly, legally, and practically. In case you don’t know, CLA and David Gibbs and their supporters (religious organizations and their members) have promoted the social gospel for many years.
