Good morning…and may the “God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,” continue to bless you & yours immensely, brother Finney!

I know you’re exceedingly busy; so I’ll try to state my question(s) as concisely as possible – and I’ll leave my cell# at the end of this, just in case your answer would take too much time to write.

Now, having noted that: since I believe I read in your [June 1st] “Churches Under Christ Newsletter” somewhere, that yours [thus BLC’s] ministry is primarily focused upon helping 501(c)(3) Churches & Parachurch Organizations “under” their direct authority, to repent of this particularly egregious SIN of “spiritual harlotry” – and thus RE-structure according to genuine First Amendment principles [i.e., a DOT?], and please correct me if I’m wrong – then what is the status [before Almighty God] of ALL these other independent, so-called “Christian” Parachurch Organizations, of which are scattered across the religious landscape in this United States?

And I ask this [perhaps legally misguided] question brother Finney, because it seems to me that the corporate “ground is level” before Caesar re: ALL 501(c)(3) NFP’s – religious, irreligious, or otherwise? I mean, what’s the LEGAL difference, when it comes to a “state-licensed 501(c)(3) NFP corporation” conducting their business in the matchless / Holy Name of our Lord Jesus – as these Christian business corporations NO longer retain any First Amendment protections, only 14th Amendment relief [if I’ve understood you & the BLC correctly] – and all those irreligious corporations etc., such as Planned Parenthood, The Church of Satan, the Freedom From Religion Foundation, and on, and on, and on??

And I sure hope I’m not conflating [or confusing] “NGO NFP’s” – with religious NFP’s operating under the 501(c)(3) ‘Johnson Amendment’ related designation either? Whatever help you could provide, and whenever you have the available time, would be greatly appreciated sir!

By way of explanation concerning this Churches Under Christ Ministry, the ministry helps churches organize according to New Testament church doctrine (under the 1st A and corresponding state constitutional principles), separate from federal or state governments. A corporate 501c3 church give up many, not all, of their 1st A rights, but the nature, definition, authority over, organization, operation, etc. of such a church is substantially altered. Becoming a legal entity of any kind is a great compromise for a church, the first of many on the path to heresy and apostasy.
